Out West Neverfull GM (largest size tote) comes with braid work along top rim. The side cinches are removed and replaced with braided straps and a leather cinch. The original shoulder straps are removed and replaced with 6 strand braided straps which are more comfortable and less likely to slip off the shoulder and then the blood knot fringe is woven onto the bag below the straps. Fringe extends a few inches below the bottom of the bag.
